Every LINE payment slip checked with the bank
A LINE agent that verifies every payment slip a customer sends against the bank through EasySlip, matches the amount to the order in Google Sheets, catches duplicate and fake slips, and confirms the order or flags it for a person
The problem
An online shop in Thailand that takes bank transfers through its LINE Official Account has someone comparing slips to the bank app all day. Miss one and the goods ship against an edited slip, or the same slip pays for two orders, and the busier the day the more that slips through.
How the agent works
It starts
The customer sends the transfer slip into the shop's LINE Official Account as usual.
The agent works
A webhook passes the image to an n8n workflow, where the EasySlip community node verifies it, by image upload or, faster, by the QR payload printed on the slip. The response returns the receiver's account name and bank, the amount, the transaction date and the bank reference, and with checkDuplicate switched on a slip that was already used comes back as duplicate_slip. A filter on receiverName or receiverBankCode sends slips paid to the wrong account down a Not Matched branch. The agent then looks up the order in Google Sheets by the customer's LINE user ID or order number, compares the amount, and on a match marks the order paid and replies in LINE that the payment is confirmed. A mismatch, a duplicate or a failed verification goes to the staff LINE group with the slip and the reason, and a person decides.
The result
The node is marked usableAsTool, so an AI agent node in the same workflow can call it as a tool.
Worked example
The EasySlip n8n node on GitHub verifies Thai bank slips from Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Kasikorn Bank and, per its README, 17 plus other banks, plus TrueMoney Wallet slips by image, with Bearer token authentication from the EasySlip developer portal. The codustry/thanakan README, a Python interface to KBank and SCB APIs, notes that going to the bank APIs directly is tedious with a high upfront cost and points to slip verification services instead, naming slipok.com (free for 100 slips per month) and check-slip.com (free for the first 100 slips). Neither page reports a shop's results, so measure your own: slips verified per day, and how many duplicate or wrong account slips reach the staff group.
