Shopee stock that matches your warehouse

An agent that compares Shopee stock per variation with the warehouse sheet every morning, alerts the team on LINE about low or mismatched items, and stages stock updates for the owner to approve

Function: OperationsEffort: About a weekPublished: 2026-10-21

The problem

A shop that sells on Shopee and from its own stockroom keeps two numbers for every variation: what Shopee thinks is left and what is on the shelf. When they drift apart the shop either oversells and has to cancel orders it cannot fill, or shows sold out on a product that is sitting in the back, and nobody notices until a customer complains.

How the agent works

  1. It starts

At 07:00 the agent calls the shop's Shopee Open Platform account through the open source shopee-sdk: getItemList for the active items, then getModelList per item for every variation's SKU and stock.

  2. The agent works

It joins those rows to the warehouse count the team keeps in a Google Sheet (one row per SKU with the reorder point) and writes a daily tab with Shopee stock, shelf stock and the difference. Three lists go to the team's LINE group through the Messaging API: variations at or below the reorder point, variations where the two counts differ by more than the agreed tolerance, and variations Shopee shows as sold out while the shelf has stock. Claude writes the message in plain Thai with the suggested action per SKU. For mismatches the agent stages an updateStock call per model in an approval tab; the owner ticks the rows to apply and the agent pushes only those, logging the before and after values.

  3. The result

Shopee's own push notifications can later replace the morning poll with near real time checks.

Worked example

The MIT licensed shopee-sdk for Node.js (updated October 2026) documents the calls this agent needs: getItemList with offset, page_size up to 100 and item_status filters; getModelList, which returns the tier variations and a model array with model_sku, price_info and stock_info per variation; updateStock, which takes an item_id and a stock_list of model_id and normal_stock; and a PushManager for Shopee's webhooks. The SDK handles request signing and token refresh and ships with file based token storage. It publishes no shop results, so the first number you will see is how many SKUs disagree on day one; that figure alone usually decides whether the owner wants the approval tab or trusts the agent to sync.

PDPA note. Stock data holds no personal data. Scope the Shopee API credentials to product endpoints where possible and keep order and buyer data out of this agent's sheet.

Overdue tasks chased before the client asks

An agent that scans monday.com boards each morning for items past their due date, posts a nudge on each item and sends the project lead one summary

OperationsEffort: An afternoonmonday.com · Claude Code · Slack

Due dates on a monday.com board turn red quietly, and the project lead finds out when the client asks where the deliverable is. Chasing by hand means opening every board, scrolling for red dates and writing the same polite reminder ten times.

No more retyping requests into monday.com

An agent that turns client requests and meeting notes into monday.com items with owners and due dates through the official monday.com MCP server

OperationsEffort: An afternoonmonday.com · Claude · Gemini CLI

Requests reach an agency or project team by email, LINE and meeting calls, and someone has to retype each one into the monday.com board, pick the group, set the owner and guess a due date. Items get created late or not at all, and the original request text is lost by the time the work is questioned.

Eighty unread emails, three that matter

An agent in Outlook that sorts the unread inbox into what needs you, drafts the replies it can handle and writes a one page brief before each meeting

OperationsEffort: An afternoonOutlook · Claude for Outlook · Microsoft 365

A manager on Microsoft 365 starts the day with eighty unread emails, half of them calendar responses and newsletters, and the three that need a decision are buried. Meeting prep means scrolling back through threads with each attendee, so people walk in without knowing what was last agreed.
