The AgentivUse cases

The Friday newsletter drafts itself

An agent that gathers the week's published posts, launches and customer wins, drafts the newsletter in Thai and English in the brand voice and waits for one approval

Function: MarketingEffort: An afternoonPublished: 2026-10-20

The problem

The weekly newsletter is the first thing dropped when the week gets busy, and when it does go out the Thai edition is a rushed translation of the English one. The content already exists in blog posts, LINE broadcasts and Slack announcements; nobody has the hour to assemble it.

How the agent works

  1. It starts

Every Thursday afternoon a scheduled Claude task reads the sources the marketing lead listed once: the blog's RSS feed, a Google Drive folder of this week's launch notes and the announcements channel in Slack.

  2. The agent works

It picks the three to five items that matter, writes the English edition with the /draft-content skill and the company's style guide in the plugin settings, then writes the Thai edition fresh from the same facts and a glossary of product terms that stay in English, instead of translating line by line. It runs /brand-review on both, checks that every link returns 200, and drops the two drafts plus a one line note on what it left out into a Google Doc and a Slack message for the marketing lead. The lead edits in the Doc and pastes into the email tool, or replies hold when there is nothing worth sending.

  3. The result

The agent never sends the email and never creates a new mailing list.

Worked example

Anthropic's Marketing plugin for Claude lists seven skills, including /draft-content (blog posts, social media, email newsletters, landing pages, press releases, case studies), /brand-review against your brand voice and style guide, and /email-sequence, with the brand voice configured once in local settings. Claude's scheduled tasks run daily, weekly or on weekdays using your connectors, and Claude Code routines do the same from the cloud with a repository attached. Neither page mentions Thai or translation, so the bilingual step is your own prompt and glossary. The daily newsletter of agents.theagentiv.com is produced this way, in separate Thai and English editions, with automatic checks before the send.

Launch decisions, recapped and drafted

An agent in the campaign channel that recaps what was decided, drafts the customer announcement from the thread and keeps the brand voice rules

MarketingEffort: An afternoonSlack · Claude · Google Drive

During a launch the campaign channel fills with decisions, copy changes and status updates faster than the marketing lead can read, and other teams keep asking the same policy questions about logos, sponsorships and customer stories. The announcement gets written from memory at the last minute and each draft reinvents the house style.

A company page that never goes quiet

An agent team that turns industry news into scheduled LinkedIn posts in the company voice

MarketingEffort: About a weekRelevance AI · Make.com · LinkedIn

The company page goes quiet for weeks because nobody has time to write posts, and when someone does, it sounds like a press release. Consistency, not brilliance, is what the algorithm rewards.

Every Shopee review answered, in your voice

An agent that reads new Shopee and Lazada reviews each morning, drafts a reply to each in the shop's tone and posts them after the owner approves

Customer serviceEffort: About a weekShopee · Lazada · Claude

Reviews pile up across two seller centres and most go unanswered, while the one star review with a shipping complaint sits in public for days. Replying by hand means copying the same thank you note forty times and still missing the one that needed a real answer.
