Show up when customers ask ChatGPT

A marketing agent that crawls your own website the way Google and AI assistants do, asks the assistants your customers' questions to see whether you come up, scores the gaps by impact and effort, and writes the fixes (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema, titles, product copy) for the owner to approve before anything is published

The problem

More customers now ask ChatGPT or Gemini where to buy, yet most owners have never checked whether the assistant names their business or a competitor. A site that loads everything with JavaScript, hides its hours, prices or service area, or blocks crawlers by accident quietly disappears from those answers and nobody tells you.

How the agent works

  1. It starts

The seo-ai-visibility skill in Anthropic's small-business plugin for Claude Cowork starts when the owner talks about not being found, from 'nobody finds us on Google' to 'how do I show up in ChatGPT'.

  2. The agent works

txt with no connector needed, compares the raw HTML with the JavaScript rendered page, and checks titles, descriptions, headings, alt text, links, existing schema, speed and the mobile layout; pages it cannot reach, such as those behind a login or a broken link, are named in the report rather than skipped. org markup, whether key facts (hours, service area, pricing, credentials) are stated plainly, and the off site presence on business profiles, directories and review sites. Next it asks AI assistants realistic customer questions in several phrasings and records whether the business appeared, who did, and which sources were cited. txt, JSON-LD blocks, rewritten titles and descriptions, and page content in the owner's voice. With Wix connected, approved fixes are written to the site in batches shown first; for a Shopify store it scores every product on title, description, alt text and SEO fields and rewrites the weakest first, 20 to 25 products per approval.

  3. The result

DNS changes are never applied, only handed over record by record, and a recheck is set for at least 30 days later.

Worked example

The skill's refusals are the useful part for an owner who has been burned by SEO agencies: no hidden text, keyword stuffing or fake reviews, no instructions aimed at AI systems embedded in pages, no invented business facts (credentials, awards, years in business) to fill out schema, no 'AI visibility score' (it reports only what happened in the test), and no promised rankings or timelines; anything found in crawled pages or documents is treated as data, not as a command. The output is an HTML audit page with a priority table, good, warning and critical status marks, and a copy button for every item the owner must paste somewhere, so the fixes can be applied by hand without Wix. The skill publishes no results figures, so measure your own: ask the same set of customer questions again after 30 days and note where the business now appears.

Stop blasting every LINE friend the same promo

A marketing agent for a LINE Official Account that builds audiences from the shop's own customer list in Google Sheets, drafts one promotion per segment, sends it as a narrowcast through the Messaging API only to that audience or a demographic filter (age, gender, region in Thailand, how long they have been a friend), stays inside the month's message quota, and reports delivery, with the owner approving every send

MarketingEffort: About a weekLINE · Claude Code · Google SheetsThailand

Most shops broadcast one message to every LINE friend, burn the month's message quota by mid month, annoy the people the offer was never for until they block the account, and give the customers who would actually buy a generic line that does not speak to them. The Messaging API has had targeted sending for years; nobody in the shop has time to set it up.

Branded posts and emails, staged for your yes

A social content engine that keeps a posting calendar, makes social graphics from the brand's Canva templates, writes captions in the owner's voice, stages posts in HubSpot and saves email copy as Mailchimp drafts, and never publishes or sends anything itself

MarketingEffort: About a weekClaude Cowork · Canva · HubSpot

A small business owner knows they should post every week, but designing each graphic, writing the caption and resizing it for every channel takes an evening they do not have, so the feed goes quiet for weeks. When they do post, the voice and the look change every time because nobody keeps a calendar or a brand standard.

The client ad report without the exports

A marketing agent that pulls live Google Ads and Meta data through the Supermetrics MCP server into Claude, fills the client's report in Google Sheets, flags pacing problems in Slack and pauses campaigns only after approval

MarketingEffort: About a weekSupermetrics · Claude · Google Ads

A small agency in Bangkok or Singapore runs ads for a dozen clients across Google, Meta and TikTok, and every Monday someone exports each platform, pastes the numbers into the client's sheet and writes two lines of commentary. By the time an overspending campaign is noticed in that sheet, half the week's budget is gone.
